For the setting, Mark Procedural Dynamic shown in the editor, can you explain and warn user that it will generate many vertices which use lot of memory and run slower in runtime, especially mobile devices.

The user guide already mentions that this feature will use more memory:

It shouldn't run slower at runtime, it should allow faster updates (painting/erasing) at the cost of using extra memory. With procedural meshes you should be using a chunk size of 100x100 especially when "Mark Procedural Dynamic" is set for best results.
