Is it possible to use RTS for a game like Prison Architect where the user is changing tiles and constructing rooms or is a better idea to use a different system due to the dynamic nature of the tiles in that game?
In case RTS is well suited for the task, wich is the best way to handle "the rooms" and its contents? For the contents, I think the better solution is using sprites, but I'm not sure how to implement "rooms".
